Ken has been nothing but a Great professional from the start, right away I knew him and his company would be a good... pick for the job.. Ken was great and I would definitely recommend anyone in need of home repair and waterproofing! He came out the SAME... DAY from out in commerce to downriver, communicated at a high level with me, went over my options, and fixed my flooding basement problem. He has saved me thousands with his advice and stellar service. Many pros will tell you that they have your best interest at heart but Ken truly shows it. Ken will shoot you straight fair and honest. I'm so glad we were referred over to him!read more

I just want to say Ken was amazing. We had 2 companies come out to fix an issue with some water in the basement. I... received an estimate of 7500 and 5500. Ken came out and within 5 minutes diagnosed the issue which cost me $8 of hydraulic cement. Behold no water with all the rain this morning. Two companies who wanted to tear the outside of my house and my basement for a tie-rod hole leaking. Healthy Homes will forever have my business. Totally honest, trustworthy and reliable. I thought I had a leaky basement and called a different company and was told my basement had serious problems and they... could fix it for $24,000. I called Healthy Homes for a second opinion. They came out a day later and told me my basement was fine and the leak was coming from the subfloor in the kitchen I am happy they were so honest and reputable.read more

Ken and his crew were prompt, dependable, knowledgeable, and honest. Very happy with the drain tile system they put in... that comes with a lifetime warranty. I also had them install a backup battery to my existing sump pump, which is a relief. I definitely recommend healthy homes of Michigan.read more

Healthy Homes was AMAZING! Had a leak through a crack in my foundation. Called for an estimate and Ken was out within 2... days. When doing the estimate he did a great job of explaining exactly what the problem was and also explaining what exactly was going to be done to alleviate it. Justin came out and did the repair. He did an awesome job also at explaining what he was doing and was very courteous to myself, my wife, and our 2 kids. Top notch work and customer service. Would recommend to anyone that needs their services they off. GREAT JOB!!!!!read more

I would recommend Healthy Homes of Michigan to anyone in need of an honest estimate from a professional. Ken was very... knowledgeable about our problem. He went out of his way to explain the issue and assured me that this was something I could fix on my own. He went as far as giving me most of the supplies needed to complete the job. Rather than charging me $500 he told me to call, text or FaceTime him with questions. I truly appreciated this and will use Ken and his team for all my future needs.read more

Mike and company were great! We noticed water in our basement on Sunday evening, Mike came out for a free quote on... Monday (the same day we called), and they had installed a new sump pump in our basement by noon on Wednesday. Despite the short timeframe, Mike never pressured us to make a quick decision and worked with us to find a solution while keeping our costs in mind.In addition to everything, my wife and I were expecting our baby to arrive at any minute, and Mike did a fantastic job making sure everyone knew to be extremely careful about creating dust in the house.The technicians that came out to do the work were very nice, they repeated back to us exactly what work was to be done, and told us again what measures they were taking to keep the dust to an absolute minimum.Overall, we had a great experience and would happily recommend them to anyone!read more

Ken came to assess two cracks running vertically down my basement walls. He was timely for our appointment, very... friendly, and great with pets (I have two cats and a dog!).He ran some diagnostic tests, did a thorough examination of my foundation, and informed me that the foundation is sound. He said the cracks are a cosmetic issue only and provided me with tips on how to fix them myself easily and cheaply.I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who has basement/foundation issues and needs a professional opinion.read more

Wonderful company. No one enjoys spending money on home repairs, but these guys made the entire process as easy as... possible. Right off the bat, the inspector was thorough in his explanations for what our issues were. He was incredibly knowledgeable of foundations and everything that comes with them. Then came time for the work to begin. The crew was on time and very professional. They had no issues walking me through the process. In fact, at the end of each day, the project manager would walk me through what was done, why it was done, and what was left to do to complete the job. Very informative throughout. After the completion of the job, they cleaned up extremely well. Once again, a very detailed walk through when everything was done. I absolutely have and will continue to recommend Foundation Specialist.read more
