At Healthy Homes of Michigan, we only use the best possible products and services on the market to provide top-notch solutions for our customers. We offer a variety of warranties on our products and services to give you peace of mind with our work.

Our warranties vary based on the scope of work completed with most warranties lasting 5–25 years on the services installed.

Our pumps, dehumidifiers, and other products are covered under manufacturer warranty. Service for diagnosis and replacement also varies product to product.

Foundation work from the interior is slated for 25 years, or the lifetime of the home, and is is fully transferable.

Warranties for outdoor waterproofing, drainage systems, jack systems, etc. last between 5–15 years.
